You sit down at your desk and click the notification icon, you realize your holding your breath. But decide not to stop as the response appears on the screen in front of you.
_Workplace Related Injury, _Apologies Mr. Slipstream, but as we are currently low on funds it is imperative that we make our delivery in as timely a manner as possible. Especially since some of the cargo has been damaged in your regrettable accident. If you would like to discuss this matter further you may come to my quarters at some point in the next decacycle. Otherwise, we will not being making any detours until after we deliver the cargo.

You let out the breath you were holding in a huff. "In my accident?" You say before clenching your jaw tightly. You type a short "I am on my way." and hit send before getting up to storm off to the captain's quarters. You notice your EDGEsuit isn't quite fitting right so you unzip it and zip it back up, the suit adjust again, but it just cant adjust so drastically to the changes your body has gone through.
With a groan you storm out of your room anyways. If you couldn't convince the captain to get what you needed somewhere along the line then maybe you could at least convince them to get you a new set of suits made for you until you could be put back the way you were supposed to be.
Its a long walk to the captain's quarters and the whole time on your way there you can feel your EDGEsuit shifting around uncomfortably. And your mind is still screaming about how they implied it was your fault in that message.
Finally you reach the door to her quarters and push the comm button on the outside.
A second later their voice comes over it. "Who is it."
"Nexus Slipstream, Cargo Bay three."
The doors slide open...
