It's obvious that what you should wish for would be the ideal world- maximizing utility for each and every being living and to live. You wish for it.

Instantly, all Everett branches converged into the one reality you were in, the most perfect reality. Everyone instantly entered a state of nirvana-like existence, infinitely content in their own bliss and joy for the rest of the eternity. Literally infinite beings of every permutation and possibly is created in that moment, and all are placed into a heavenly state that none would say is anything less than ideal.

So the universe, The Universe, reality in its totality, continues endlessly, an ideal world.
