The Helium Witch

The Helium Witch is a curvy woman with mysterious powers. She can make people and objects float in the air, make them very light and even inflate them using spells. She's usually floating above the city, where she observe people below. From there, she could make some mayhems. The witch like to pull some pranks on unsuspecting victims. Sometime, she would like to have someone to share her powers with. For now, she focus on targeting someone to use her spells on.
