Epilogue?

The Great Fairy of Heroism

Sheik was getting tired of this. It had been over a year since anyone had seen the Hero of Time, his friend Link. He was the only one who knew he had been cursed by a Great Fairy, enchanted into becoming a woman who resembled them. He thought, since that would mean the target of his search was a tall, busty woman with pinkish-red hair that it would be fairly easy to find him. Sheik had been very, very wrong. And after failing in his search for so long, Sheik had been **** into taking up the roll of "Hero" himself. Nevermind that under his own enchantment he was Princess Zelda, hiding for his own safety and working as best he could to keep what was left of Hyrule together. No, the actual hero apparently took a vacation, so now it was up to Sheik to do his job for him.

It had taken some time to procure his own bow and arrow set, bomb bag, hookshot, and magical hammer. It was necessary, what with the whole temples being designed to be undertaken by disciples in a certain order, for religious reasons. If Sheik ever actually became head of state again, he was going to have a word with whoever could help him demolish these puzzle-filled cesspits and replace them with something sensible, Sheik thought to himself as he finished killing Morpha and rescuing Princess Ruto.

"What took you-wait, you're not Link? Where's the hero, Sheik?" Ruto asked, her voice going from charming to incensed in an instant.

Even though he knew he was being childish, Sheik still gave Ruto his best glare. "Well, it looks like your fiance has gone M.I.A., so I'm taking over the rescuing business. Is that a problem? Do you want me to resurrect the Morpha, leave you here for Link to find later?" Ruto turned in a huff, teleported to the Sage's room, and sent Sheik back outside the temple. Sheik and Ruto had never gotten along well as children, and part of him was quite happy they didn't get along now either.

That was when Sheik first noticed something: a hookshot target, on a neglected rock wall of the lake; a small alcove, just large enough for a person to stand; unstable rocks, the kind that could easily be cleared out with a bomb. The most important thing though? Sheik couldn't remember seeing them there before, ever. Sheik had been to this lake many times in his life, and he would have remembered something like this. No, this was new.

It took some finesse to get inside: hookshot over, leave a bomb, hookshot to the tree, bomb goes off, passage open, then one last hookshot over. To Sheik's surprise, a Great Fairy's fountain lay inside. Which was fascinating, considering Sheik knew the exact locations of every Hyrulian Great Fairy, and there wasn't supposed to be one here. Still, Sheik approached the fountain and, when standing on his own family's crest, the crest of his kingdom, Sheik played his own lullaby on the harp.

As expected, and enormous barely dressed woman appeared from the waters, laughing hysterically. She fixed Sheik with a seductive stare that sent a shiver down his spine. "Well, well, well..." she said, her voice full of mirth. "If isn't Sheik, or should I say, Princess Zelda. To be honest, part of me feels like that should be a surprise, but when you're a Great Fairy it's hard to be surprised about anything."

Trying to be respectful, Sheik lowered his head. He's never interacted directly with a Great Fairy, and he hoped that this went well. "Oh mighty Great Fairy, since the disappearance of the hero chosen by the Goddesses, I have taken up the task of restoring this realm to its normal state. I beg of you, help me in any way you can."

To Sheik's surprise, the Great Fairy's eyes widened in shock. "Disappearance?" A mocking laughter filled the room. "I thought you were supposed to be wise, Sheik dear~. How could I have disappeared, when I'm right here in front of you?"

Sheik couldn't believe what he was hearing. Looking closer at the being before him, he saw something in her eyes, some remnant of a person he once knew. "Link? Is that...is that you?"

"Ohohohohoho~" came the laughter once again, as the Great Fairy spun around in the air, showing off her luscious body to Sheik. "I prefer the name Leanansidhe these days, old friend." She leaned closer, giving Sheik a close-up view of her enormous, soft cleavage. Something that Sheik had rarely felt in his transformed body pulses through him, but he used his willpower to push it down. "It suits me well, don't you think? Look at us, each the opposite gender as what we were born to, and yet so much more at the same time. In fact, I think you'll do well as a hero, Sheik."

The comment stunned Sheik for a moment. "But...are you...are you not going to return to your quest?"

"Quest?!" she asked, her voice high and haughty. "Who has ever heard of a Great Fairy going on a quest? No, no no no no. I'm the Great Fairy of Heroism now, Sheik my dear, and I think it's time to bestow some of my power with you, since you'll be needing it." Sheik shivered as her eyes roved over his body, lingering in certain private places. "But first..." Her hand snapped out faster than Sheik could react, and he found himself in the Leanansidhe's grasp, her enormous face all her could see. "You're my first visitor. I think you deserve...a reward~" The Leanansidhe dived into her water, into her domain, and took Sheik with him. It was true that she gave him power, but first he had to earn that. After doing everything he could to please her, Sheik found himself more at home with his masculine form, and still made time to stop by at other points of his quest, to unwind with the large, insatiable woman who had once been his friend.

What does Sheik do now?
