The Docking "party"

RIGs were a technological marvel. A suit of high-tech armor that was used by military or engineering, the armor came equipped with all sorts of neat gadgets. Furthermore, the armor itself was shock-proof and trauma-proof, to a point at least. Perfect for miners or other industrial workers. Marie however was not a fan of them, and only wore them when she had to. Deciding to forego to armor itself, Marie waited with the crew as the outer airlock doors opened up to the hanger itself. Anxious to meet her sister, she was the first one off the ship once the door opened up.

The massive size of the hanger was not well seen within the small shuttle. Now though, Marie could truly see how massive the USG Henkan was. Moving down the catwalk along with her fellow crewmembers, Marie expected a small party of happy employees at the end of it. However, there was no one. In fact, most of the lights were turned off, as if the power was down for the most part. Nicholas, the ship pilot, was the first to call the situation bizarre.

"Where is everybody?" the pilot asked as they moved towards the inner hanger door. Leading straight into the lobby itself, the door slid open slowly once it registered the small shuttle crew. The group of four moved into the lobby and looked around. Nothing seemed out of place honestly, except the fact that emergency lighting had been engaged.

Marie wore a tight work shirt and pants, but now she wondered if she should return to the shuttle for her RIG. Her anxiety had gone from bad to worse at this point, as the room had a very eerie feeling to it. Spotting a small work terminal, Marie moved to it and inserted her company datakey. Gaining access to the ships manifest, Marie was able to work out that the ships primary reactor had been shut down on orders from the Bridge. However, the terminal refused to give her much access beyond that.

"Marie, turn on the lighting for us please. Reroute the power from some other room. This orange glow is killing my eyesight" ordered Captain Samson. Marie nodded as she did so, rerouting the power and allowing the lobby's actual lights to flicker on. As soon as she did however, a monstrous scream sounded through the room.

"What the fuck was that?!" screamed Nicholas, as the rest of the crew scanned all angles of the room itself. Suddenly, a ventilation duct in the middle of the room exploded outwards, a creature landing on the ground underneath. The room immediately engaged its quarantine drill, the lights going out almost immediately and the doors in and out almost being locked. The creature was tall and darkly colored, with massive arms and several small tentacles waving from its body. Completely naked, the creature had a engorged cock on its trunk, with several small tentacles rising off of it as well.

Marie screamed, as did the rest of the crew. Sampson ordered the crew to evacuate immediately. They were not armed, and the creature seemed violent and aggressive, hissing at them in anger. Cut off from the other crew members, Marie knew the doors would be locked soon due to the quarantine. Grabbing her datakey, Marie looked for an exit. In between her other crew members was the creature itself, which had not made any sudden movements after landing in the room itself. She could either run past the creature towards the shuttle or run deeper into the ship. She has to decide quickly however, as the doors will be locked soon.
