The Deal

“Very well,” Qui-Gon says. “What do you want?”

“How about the little angel you brought with you?”

“She’s not for sale,” Jinn replied.

“I don’t need new ****! Just give me ten minutes with, uh, whats her name?”

“Her name’s Padme and she’s a handmaiden on the Queen of Naboo. If I were you, I would be very careful not to hurt her.” Qui-Gon and Watto went back to the shop. Jinn collected Jar Jar and told Padme she needed to stay behind for a few minutes to collect the spare parts.

As Jinn and Jar-Jar left the building, Watto ordered Anakin to leave him alone with her. Padme suddenly understood what was going on.
