The Crownlands are lands ruled directly by the Lord of the Seven Kingdoms. These lands were ruled by the Targaryan family until Robert’s Rebellion which spanned from 280-282 AC.
King’s Landing
King's Landing is the capital, and largest city, of the Seven Kingdoms. Located on the east coast of Westeros in the Crownlands, just north of where the Blackwater Rush flows into Blackwater Bay and overlooking Blackwater Bay, King's Landing is the site of the Iron Throne and the Red Keep, the seat of the King of the Andals and the First Men. It enjoys a warm climate and life there is luxurious for those that can afford it, although it is not without its slums such as Flea Bottom. The city is overpopulated and dangerous at the best of times, despite being policed by the City Watch.
Duskendale
Duskendale is a port town in the Crownlands. It is located north and east of King's Landing on the west coast of Blackwater Bay, east of Rosby. It is the seat of House Rykker, a vassal house sworn to the Iron Throne.
Dragonstone
Dragonstone is a volcanic island in the Narrow Sea that guards the entrance to Blackwater Bay and the sea approaches to King's Landing, off the east coast of Westeros. It is the location of the eponymous castle of Dragonstone, the ancestral seat of House Targaryen, the former seat of King Stannis Baratheon, one of the claimants to the Iron Throne and the current seat of Queen Daenerys I Targaryen.
Rosby
Rosby is a settlement in the Crownlands, consisting of a castle and a surrounding town. It is the seat of House Rosby, a vassal house holding fealty to House Baratheon of King's Landing. The castle is located north of King's Landing.
Crackclaw Point
Crackclaw Point is a region in the Crownlands. It is a large peninsula north-east of King's Landing, on the east coast of Westeros. It extends into the Narrow Sea, forming the northern shore of Blackwater Bay. Claw Isle lies just off the eastern edge of Crackclaw Point, with Dragonstone located off the south coast. The ruins, known as the Whispers, are located at the tip of the peninsula. House Brune is a poor vassal House from Crackclaw Point.
Driftmark
Driftmark is an island in Blackwater Bay near Dragonstone. It is the seat of House Velaryon.
Claw Isle
Claw Isle is an island in the Narrow Sea, just off the shores of Crackclaw Point on the east coast of Westeros. It is located north-east of Dragonstone. It is part of the Crownlands and it is currently unclear who it holds fealty to, following the **** of Stannis Baratheon.
