The Bind of Veils

The Bind of Veils was used once in a comic by Batman against Wonder Woman (While she was under Joker Toxin causing her to hate him).

Made from wool from the sheep Odysseus used to fool Polyphemus, it was made by Hephaestus as the opposite of the Lasso of Truth. It place Wonder Woman in an illusion of successfully killing Batman.

Other then that, not much more is known. So it is open to much fanon ideas.

My Suggestion of the Bind....

Creates illusions (only canon power)
Unbreakable and changes length like the Lasso of Truth
Can create false memories and edit/erase normal memories
Hypnotic powers over people bound by it
Can be used to increase the magical attacks of the user on the bound
Tethers the hearts and mind of those touching it for the user to control
Telepathic control over bound
Can control memories, emotions and thoughts
Can biological alter people to better suit the illusion of the user
Only the pure of heart can use it (pure selfishness compare to pure selflessness of the Lasso)

Thoughts on the suggestions? Ideas on how to use this less explained/used counterpart to the Lasso of Truth? Ideas of people who would use it?
