The woman which was revealed was an attractive woman with midnight colour hair and glasses coverd blue eyes. She was a beautiful and sexy woman, with aristocratic facial features as well as a curvy body most women would envy.She was dressed in a black catsuit, just like Mary Jane, with a red Cobra head with it's hood expanded. Below the head were a number of tentacles.

The woman's full name was Anastasia Cisarovna, and she was a terrorist femme fatale from another universe. She didn't remember much of the event which brought her there, but her memories of the moments before it happened, she remembered she was delivering vital cases from their scientific labs. She lucked out as the cases had came with her.

Which allowed the operation of a variant of the Brainwave Scanner.

The Barinwave Scanner original existed to scan the mind for memories and information, before a secondary purple was developed. For mind alteration, aka brainwashing. It was usually a strong form of mind control, but Cobra scientists had been working on improvements. Sometimes even using old unrelated Cobra tech, like the emotion and dream controlling technology.

So the Arbok Mainframe has a collection of brainwaves, engrams as they called them here, recorded from those with the B.W.N. in them.
