Everyone had thought the disc had been lost, but she held it in her hands as she loaded it into the computer in one of the hiding holes she and Destro had created together.

So what is it I want? Rulership of Cobra, or is that too limiting when I can bend countries to my will? Steal wealth or make it by creating raw materials or advance products? Build myself a court with handmaidens picked from the Joes and Cobra, and suitors like Destro or that Joe I toyed with... Flint?
