That Special Place

Ah, the Ichiraku Ramen, which literally means ramen is number one enjoyment. Which to you describes the restaurant the best.

To you, Ichiraku Ramen is your first, second, third, fourth and fifth favorite dining establishement. It's not how often you eat at the restaurant, it's how seldom you don't eat at the place. Which you can count on two hands, as long you're in Konoha. In fact, you have asked Teuchi, the proprietor, whether you can set up a camp next to the ramen bar, with the understanding that when you become Hokage, you will build a more permanent building connected to it.

Unfortunately for you, Teuchi declined. You pouted, but not for long since he knew how to get back on your good grace; a bowl of steaming ramen. Teuchi is a very kind man. He and his daughter, Ayame, have always treated you well, and you really appreciate that. You don’t appreciate Ayame trying to turn the establishment into a tsukemen bar but besides that blasphemy, you like her as well.

“Hi” you says as you push away the curtain to enter the place.

“Welcome,” Teuchi greets you. “Special as usual?”

“Nah. Have to change the routine or otherwise I might get bored of it.”

“Good choice. So your order?”

“Two special.”

“Coming right up.”

As you take your seat, you look around. Teuchi is dipping the noodles in boiling water while Ayame is cutting some fish cake.
