Test it out on a nearby woman

"I wish I was more confident and sexy," a women in a nearby booth says.

You turn to look and you see a rather mousy brunette in her mid twenties wearing dorky glasses, big sweater, and baggy jeans. It sounds like she could use a bit of magic in her life. You try a simple spell at first, in order to get her into a secluded spot.

With a swish of the wand you whisper, "Bibbidty Bobbity Boo..."

Soda spills onto the woman's sweater. She curses and walks towards the bathroom. Luckily for you it's empty and within eyesight of where you are sitting. You can see her standing by the mirror dabbing at her sweater with a paper towel.

"Bibbity Bobbity boo..." you whisper. A stream of magic erupts from the wand and flies at the woman. No one seems to notice the magic emitting from the wand.
