Tell her the truth!

"Well..." you tell her, picking your words carefully while trying to remain calm and confident. "To tell you the truth, my wife and kids are away for the whole weekend."

She lifts a curious eyebrow as this sinks in, and you continue: "So, I felt rather lonely and thought that some company could cheer me up!"

"Oh...?" She finally says, giggling a little while taking another sip from her glass of wine. "That's kinda weird!"

"You think?" You say, sounding a little hurt.

"Yeah! And it's even more weird since my parents are going away as well!" She laughs a little. "We were just getting ready to leave when you called, and I really didn't want to go with them, so I agreed to come here just so I could stay in town for the weekend!" She frowns a little and empties her glass, continuing her tale while you pour up some more for her. "Turns out that both my best friends left town as well, though, so it seemed to be a really boring weekend for me after all..."

"What a coincidence..." You smile at her, lifting your glass to toast with her.

"Yeah! Isn't that weird?!" Sarah giggles, following your example and downing the whole glass at once! "So... Did you have any plans for the evening, or are we just going to sit here and drink?" She slurs, wiping her mouth with the backside of her hand.
