Tell Sarah you would do anything for her.

"I love you Sarah." You say, holding her tight. "I would do anything for you."

"I love you too Daniel." She seems sad when she says that.

"What's wrong?" you ask.

"I haven't been honest with you." She says.

"It's okay." you reassure her. "I understand why you didn't tell me you wear diapers."

"No." She says. "There's more."

"Are you sure you're ready to show him?" Tanya asks her housemate.

Sarah Nods.

"Show me what?" You are extremely confused.

"Come on." Tanya takes out a key and uses it to unlock the door across the hall from Sarah's. You follow her in and struggle to make sense of what you find.

It's a nursery. Against one wall is a white cot. Against another is a matching change table. There's a play mat strewn with toys and a table with some half-finished colouring.

Does Sarah have a child? Is that her secret? No. Something is off. It takes a moment to register but everything is bigger than it should be. It's all sized for an adult.

"This is my real room." Sarah explains, following you into the room. "I sleep in the cot and Tanya changes my diapers on the change table."

"Sarah and I have a different sort of relationship." Tanya explains. "I take care of her as my baby."
