Tell Cameron

You're so close to Cameron, you have to tell her what happened, right? But this is also a vacation, stuff like this is bound to happen. And you told Kelly that you wouldn't tell, so what do you do? You've always like Jake, but you didn't think he'd do this to one of your best friends.

You see that Jake is getting up. Cameron is now sitting all alone. You get up and walk over. "Hey, Cameron! How did you sleep?" you ask as you sit down.

"Hey, Aaron! Pretty okay, I was worried at first, but I didn't have much problem at all. Jake couldn't get to bed so he went to walk around the ship for a while, and he said I was asleep when he got back," she responded with a smile.

You paused for a second, contemplating if you should actually go through with telling her. She's happy, do you have to ruin that?

"Yeah, about that." you start. Her face becomes a bit confused, but she's still smiling. "Jake cheated on you last night. I only just found out, I'm so sorry." you finish. Now hearing what you said bounce around in your head, you think you could have explained things a little better. You said it way too short and quickly.

Cameron sits there, clearly stunned. She looks down, and quietly responds, "Thanks for telling me."

"Of course. If you need anyone to talk to, I'm definitely here for you," you say as you get up and head back to your room. You've lost your appetite, and possibly a friend.
