Team Seven (Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke)

The first day they had met, Naruto found his heart torn in two. On one hand, he still very much loved the woman of his dreams- Sakura Haruno. But on the other hand, another female had shown up, and didn't seem to hold as much disdain for him as Sakura did. In fact, she acted very much like Hinata would when she was around him, but Velidina seemed to do it all the time. As such, he found himself slightly attracted to her as well.

Sakura, on the other hand, was mystified as to why they had suddenly gotten a fourth team member. She knew that the female barely passed, but she also figured that to put her on a team like this either meant that they were supposed to train her, or that she had great potential... The only thing Sakura hoped was that she wouldn't be yet another girl that chased after Sasuke.

Sasuke was his usual self- he could care less about the girl, but he wondered one of the same things Sakura did- why was there a four man team? He did give a thought on the girl, and it went something like this- "Great... yet another annoyance to add to our team." But even so, he couldn't say he wasn't interested in her past...
