Tasha & Nikki

The VIP team weren't sure about assigning Kay to an outside role and they were used to keeping Val at a safe distance whenever they could. So they decided that Tasha would take Eve (with coaching from Kay) and Nikki would take Amber with Val advising when necessary.

It seemed like the right decision at the time but it proved to be wrong in every respect. Nikki never even got close to Amber, she was weeded out of the sorority pledges before the end of the day. The couple of times she tried to say something to Amber she got blown off. Amber lived in a world where social hierarchy was determined by beauty and while Nikki was cute, she wasn't hot enough to cut it in Amber's world.

Tasha had an even worse experience. She managed a couple of conversations about the course work with Eve and the other computer geeks. But she came across as odd and a little slow (they didn't know that Kay was basically coaching her through everything).

At the end of the first day when the team gathered to regroup they knew they needed a different strategy. But before they could come up with one they found themselves served by lawyers from Mr Green for reckless endangerment. His daughter Eve had been assaulted on her way home after VIP had left the scene.

The court case brought a huge amount of negative publicity to VIP and they never got another job. Worse, when they eventually lost the case they lost their licence as bodyguards. Nikki was **** back to her family to pay the bills. Tasha disappeared from the country and showed up about three years later on Interpol's most wanted list. Johnny made a few low budget movies that never really sold and then joined Quick as a bouncer at a club in town. Kay tried to fix things by changing some details on-line but was caught and sentenced to three years. The sentence was commuted when she agreed to work for the NSA.

As for Val, well she and Maxine both ended up back at the hot dog stand. But the things they had to do to get their jobs back in this economy weren't pleasant.
