What's next?
Talk with Talvin, later.
You loudly ignore Kheden. “Yes, we could spare some time, later. We must buy supplies, first. Why don't you meet us at here at sundown. We should be finishing dinner.”
Kheden interjects, “I'm flattered, but I must decline. We're leaving early, and I intend to be well-rested to start a new quest. But, Quim is the better storyteller, anyways.” He claps you on the back, a little roughly. “I'm sure he can more than satisfy your curiosity,” he smiles broadly, looking between the two of you.
Talvin doesn't look disappointed that it'll just be you and him. “Excellent! I will return at dusk.” He's fallen into a boyish excitement as he says his goodbyes and gives you directions to a nearby shop where you can buy supplies.
As you walk, Kheden wraps his big arm around your shoulders, “You realize, a man such as Lord Rastal will likely insist on you making an honest man out of his son. I'll have to start looking for a new partner,” he feigns sadness. “Though, I promise to visit yearly and see how the little ones are growing.”
“You goatish churl,” you unsling his arm from your shoulders, pretending to be annoyed. You're actually afraid to get your hopes up if the lad is just boisterous after his harrowing adventure with you earlier in the day. “You won't need to visit children... I'll be long gone before that joyous day.” You decide to be comically fatalistic about the opportunity. Kheden laughs, and you turn to leave for the the store.

No Princesses?
Old nostalgic D&D-style story where the distractions are sturdy men instead of comely wenches.
Your choices will greatly determine your options. There is an overall feel of an old D&D game but without arguing over which rule book says what. This is a longish read, heavy on story. There will be personalities, and everything. Illustrations, too!
