Take the left path

Looking to the left side, Hannah went out of the campsite.

After some left turns and right turns, she had finally found herself out of the forest. Looking around, she saw that this was none other than a market of sorts.

Heading inside one store, she smelled the stench of dead meat. However, she had to make sure it didn't distract her as she went up to the counter.

Behind it was a fairly overweight man with balding hair, who asked, "Hi there, Missy. Do you need anything?"

"Um, does this store sell meat?"

"Yep, so what do you need?"

She looked back at the food on sale before looking back at the shopkeeper and replying, "How much are four steaks?"

"Twenty dollars."

Nodding, Hannah went to buy these items in question before returning to the pudgy man behind the counter and saying, "Here you are." She had also handed him all the money she found in the sleeping bag at Cleetus' campsite, too.

The man grinned, taking the money and putting the steaks in a plastic bag. "Have a good day, Missy," he told her.

"Yeah...you, too." Hannah replied with another nod.

By the time she opened the door in order to leave, however, the white light that had engulfed her before arrived. Before long, a long bout of darkness took over.
