Take the initiative and call Jane.

I decided that the best way to start a day is to call Jane, hearing her voice first thing in the morning would make my day. So I grabbed my cell phone and dialed her.

Is it too early? Do I come off as eager? These thought crossed my mind, but I couldn't care anyway, I can't wait to meet her again.

Moment later she answered "Hey!" she sounded as excited as I was. I gathered my confidence and set my mind on asking her out on a date for tonight.

"Hey Jane, how are you doing?"

"I'm fine, thanks. You just woke up?"

"Yeah, I thought calling you first thing in the morning is just what I needed"

"Aww...that's so cute" she said playfully.

"So...are you free tonight?"

"Yeah, do you have something in mind?"
