Take the attack, it's gonna hurt though!

You clench your fists and take the attack, standing your ground without flinching. You shake slightly before growling "Is that it?" You suddenly grab your arms and grunt in pain, that attack had hurt you more than you thought it would.

You clench your teeth and speak "Do we have to continue? You made your point, your the stronger ones here." You suddenly blink, did Maya's face just flash with disappointment? Huh? You shake away such thoughts and grunt

"Cease your attacks, please." It hurt that you had to say this, but your arms and body hurt even more. Masataka spoke "Err, should we really continue fighting him? He looks badly injured."

Maya glared at him and turned around, walking off with an angry air about her. Masataka blinked "Huh? What's wrong with her?" You shrug as you walk up beside him "What was all that about?"

Masataka rubbed his head sheepishly and sighed "Sorry, Taichou just pulled me into it. She said she wanted to test your skills, I thought she just wanted to ask you out on a date."

You sigh and rub your head, the crowd already gone by now "I bet this is gonna blow my reputation out of the water before it even started."

The older boy just chuckled "Actually the opposite, you'll probably get quite a few fans for taking surviving a blow off the 'almighty' Taichou of the Juuken club."
