Take some time off

Come to think of it, why rush at all? You ask yourself. Really, you held the power of Time itself in the palm of your hands. Here you were contemplating **** against an old lady trapped in a Gilf's body when you had all of recorded and unrecorded history to play around with. All you needed really was some practice. Some time off to acquaint yourself with the Watch's abilities. There would be no limit to what you would be capable of doing! You would be a God! With this in mind, you took one last look at the semen covered biddy and you smirked.

"You're not getting out of this one just yet. Depending on how this works, you're either going to unfreeze when I travel somewhere else or..."

You glance towards her nightstand to see her clock was frozen at 8:23 PM.

"Not a minute will have passed while I was gone. Either way, I'll own you throughout Time. Now, let's see how far back I need to wind this..."

Giving the Watch a twist, you thought it over for a minute before you shrugged and made to turn the dial manually, only to see it start to wind back by itself. You watched as the hands moved counter-clockwise, the world around you shifting and changing as you were being taken farther back in time. You watched the house around you be moved in, moved out at a rapid pace, family after family inhabiting the place before being replaced. Outside rain, snow, leafs, and hail came raining down in quick patterns one after the other as the seasons changed. The house eventually underwent deconstruction and you were left standing in a vacant lot. Outside you saw the Sun and the Moon rise and set over and over again in quick succession, reminding you of someone switching the lights in a room on and off quickly. The neighborhood around you changed through the years. You watched as the style of clothing, cars, and homes themselves changed throughout the decades.

The 80's, the 70's, the 50's, the 30's, eventually the neighborhood disappeared entirely and you were left in an expansive field of long grass and trees. Further, further back you went, the landscape becoming vast and wild. Until eventually all that remained was stark wilderness for miles and miles in every direction. You ceased focusing on going to the past and the Watch slowed down until it eventually stopped entirely before life resumed.

The rustling of grass was what you heard. The cool breeze flowing through field and over your body. You breathed it in. Fresh, clean air, untouched by the Industry of Man nor by the Poisons of the Earth. Birdsong graced your hearing and in the distance you watched a small family of deer idly grazing. You looked back down to the Watch in your hand, running your thumb across the glass separating the interior to the outside world.
