Bio: Jeffrey and John were a pair of mean-spirited Siamese twins whose lunacy and violent nature caught the eye of law enforcement. They were both sent to an asylum, and they lived there until they plotted their escape. The escape was seemingly a success, with a few victims along the way. Unfortunately, the FBI caught them and executed both of them via lethal injection. They now serve as Marukka's most trusted underling.
