Take Jessica to the Reform and Reflect center

As Jessica walked past the alley, the hooded woman stepped out onto the path to block Jessica's way. "Ah! You might know, where would people go missing in this town?" Jessica asked the woman, pen and paper at the ready. "That's not a very easy question to answer." The woman responded. "Fuck, why the fuck are all these people so brain dead." Jessica muttered, but the woman definitely heard her.

Clenching her fist, the woman calmed herself down. "I mean if by missing you mean the alternative to prison we have going on in the town?" The woman responded. "Oh yes! Tell me more about this place!" Jessica frantically started taking notes, she'd finally made a break for her story. "It'd be easier to show you, I know where it is it's not far, would you like me to take you there?" The woman offered, knowing exactly what to do.

Jessica bumbled with joy. "Yes please! That would be perfect thanks!" She responded. "Follow me." The woman turned around and walked away. Jessica quickly followed. She tried to ask more questions, but the woman only responded with blunt answers and told Jessica to wait until they were there. The woman took Jessica out of the town and the village, walking down a main road.

Eventually, the pair reached the destination. A large warehouse sized building with a bright sign above the entrance saying "Reform and Reflect, your new home for a while!" Jessica was confused about what this place even was, but she had hope her companion would explain. "So what is this place then huh?" She asked impatiently.

The hooded woman turned around and faced Jessica. "The Pinesdale government had to create a facility that would keep all the criminals in the city at bay. The prisons were becoming overflowed, so they introduced an alternative sentence. You would be sent here for however many months the law required." The woman explained, as Jessica noted everything down. "So what makes this place anymore different than a prison?" Jessica asked after finishing taking her notes.

The woman sighed, fighting the urge to punch Jessica in the face. "This isn't a prison, this is a reformation facility, it prioritises humiliation as the main form of reformation. There are various different themes, some more severe than others, it all depends on the crime you committed and the behaviour you project." She explained again, looking at Jessica like she was done talking about it.

Jessica nodded and took more notes. "Perfect, thank you for the help I'll take it from here." Jessica dismissed the woman, who shrugged her shoulders and walked away. "Now, how do I get in unseen?" The journalist asked.
