Suspicions. A fast attack.

Anastasia met up with Sado and revealed her findings and her suspicions that a pleasure girl named Grendel was in fact somehow Helina. They headed back to the cruiser in the dock to formulate a plan to get Helina back and home. They devised a plan whereby Anastasia would arrange to meet up with Grendel and render her ****. Then Sado would help with the extraction by hacking the security network so that doors and alarms were disabled. Then they would place Grendel in a crate and transport her to the cruiser then take off and head back home.

They headed back out and while Sado found a crate Anastasia headed back to the brothel. When she got there she found that Grendel was busy so she had to wait at the bar. Eventually, Grendel appeared next to Anastasia and they chatted then headed to a private booth where Grendel stripped. Anastasia looked at her naked body and smiled as she approached with a hypo hidden in the palm of her hand and as she went in for a kiss she pushed the hypo into Grendel's neck. She caught the collapsing Grendel in her arms and laid her on the floor and then produced some restraints just for safety.

With Grendel secured Anastasia called Sado who swung into action by hacking into the brothel security network. She disabled the locks on the doors so that open doors would stay open. The next thing she did was send a message to all the guards to head to the lower level for an emergency. Once they had all entered and the door was shut she disabled the lock so it could not be opened. The other benefit was that the comms would not work down there behind the closed door. The last thing was to disable the alarms and then she headed to the room where Anastasia was with the secured Grendel.

They loaded her into a crate stuffing some pillows around her to keep her comfortable during transit and then pushed the antigrav lifter out the rear door. They headed back to the cruiser and pulled Grendel out and laid her on the cot in Helina's quarters and then took off heading into deep space. By the time they found out Grendel was missing they would be well on the way home. They eventually arrived back home and they discovered on the trip home that Grendel's conditioning could not be reversed. Anastasia and Sado had decided that Grendel would have to stay with Anastasia,

They reported to Horatio Helson that Helina had died in the line of duty saving the rescued women from the slavers. Helson said it was a great loss and she would be sorely missed.

Epilogue.

In the middle of the large memorial garden stood a marble statue of Helina surrounded by a ring of fountains. A concrete path led up to the fountain cutting through the green lawn. The inscription read ~ In loving memory. Helina Jackson friend and colleague. Sadly missed by those at SFP. Standing before the statue was three figures, Anastasia, Sado and Grendel all with their heads bowed in prayer. Once they had finished they headed back to the home all three shared and Grendel changed clothes into a maids uniform and started to clean up the house oblivious to the fact that she was Helina. Anastasia felt guilty that they treated Grendel as a maid but it is what Grendel wished and part of her self impose duties was that of bed warmer. So they all lived happily together.
