Susan's side of the story

Lindsey decided she needed to know exactly what happened with Marcie's scar? She found Susan in the library.

"Susan, I'm sorry, but I need to know what happened between you and Marcie" said Lindsey, "I know you don't want to talk about it but after what happened with Marel, she and Marcie are gonna make you out to be some kinda psycho"

"Okay" said Susan, "its not easy for me to talk about. In Junior High, Marcie was the queen. Daniel Rod was her boyfriend at the time. I still don't know if Rod is his actual last name or just a middle name. Gina was her number two at the time. They would torment me all the time. At the same time, I had to deal with my mom and sisters"

Susan showed Lindsey the scars on one of her arms.

"These weren't whip marks. I started to cut myself. The thing about Gina was that she did whatever Marcie told her to. Then one day, Marcie tried to send Gina after me. This was the one time Gina refused to do something for her"

"Gina tried to protect you?"

"Not exactly" said Susan, "I think she knew I was going through so much, hell, I still am. She probably thought I was gonna snap and shoot up the school or throw myself off the rooftop which would cause a lot of people to turn on her. She told Marcie exactly this. Marcie pantsed Gina as punishment"

"So Gina wasn't actually bullying anyone at the time" said Lindsey.

"Yeah, that was the last straw for Gina. She came up to me and told me she wanted me to teach her a lesson by cutting her or she'd punish me. So I waited in the bathroom with the cutter and I was cutting myself. Marcie came in and laughed and told me I should cut my wrists so I die"

Susan cried.

"It just kinda a blur. Doctor Crane said that I just lost it. That I took the cutter and cut across her breasts"

"Doctor Crane?"

"Marcie's mom paid for me to undergo a psychiatric evaluation. She insisted I was a psychopath. It took some work for me to even remember doing it. After that, everyone thought I was a psycho. I thought I was a psycho. Gina took over the Royal Magnificence and ordered me to become her number two. Together we bullied Marcie so much in **** she started to stress eat. She's the only girl I actually bullied"

"Its not really bullying if your victim deserves it" said Lindsey.

"I think Gina knew it was a bad idea to send me after anyone else. Her treatment of me actually improved but then she got complacent until we ended up back at square one. I dared not stand up for myself because I was afraid of being judged for it"

Lindsey hugged Susan.

"Listen to me, Susan, you're not a psycho for doing the right thing. Marcie got what she deserved and is now lashing out about it. That's on her, not you" said Lindsey, "also, I'm not sure if you actually did it. All our interactions with Marcie lead me to think she might be a psychopath. This Doctor Crane, it sounds like Marcie's mom paid him to gaslight you into thinking you did something when you didn't"

"Thank you, Lindsey"

"I know that was difficult for you so I feel I should tell you why I hate both Marcie and Gina" said Lindsey, "I had a brother, David. He threw himself off the rooftop because of their bullying. They're murderers and you know what else? Gina thought it was funny? And Marcie said he was a moron and that he deserved it"

"She said what?!"

"Some people need to be cut" said Lindsey, "this is why its important we, the good half of the human race, take over so we can finally end evil and turn the entire world into a utopia"
