"Sure," Jen said, "I saw you eyeing her up the other day." Mark's jaw dropped; he couldn't believe it. "Well one condition, though, you have to set this up Mark, I've already done enough by living out your little fantasy."

Mark knew what he needed to do. He went outside and looked over the small picket fence and saw Candice, his neigbor's daughter, coming back from high school. Candice was still wearing her school uniform a light sky blue button up shirt-blouse and knee length black skirt, completed with long white socks and black heel shoes. Mark watched her head towards him, her hips swaying.

"Hi Candice. How was school?" Mark smiled winking a dirty wink at the high school girl.

"Oh hey, Mr. Burnham." Candice smiled.

Mark was too busy checking out her DD breasts; he couldn't believe this young woman was still in high school. Her body rivaled that of his wife and was better than most of his co-workers. "Damn fine" Mark thought subconsciously, but accidently blurted it out.

Candice giggled. "I know I am, Mark," she teased.

Mark laughed. He knew Candice had a crush on him. "Would you like to come inside for a bit?" Mark asked.

"Sure, why not, Mr. Burnham. I got nothing else to do. Just some boring studying." Candice sighed.

"Hey, 'Mark' will be fine. None of this 'Mr. Burnham' crap, okay? It makes me feel so old. Say, you must have at least one boyfriend, don't you?" Mark joked.

"Not really. I'm kind of between boyfriends," said the Perky blonde. "I'd love for you to take me inside," Candice said seductively, rubbing Mark's crotch through his pants. "Oooo, its much bigger than my ex-boyfriends," she cooed.
