While squirming under Black Cat's boot. Mary Jane spots a metallic vial poking out of the back pocket of he discarded jeans. Stealthily retrieving the cylindrical capsule, Mary Jane reads the label FOR EMERGENCIES ONLY in her own handwriting. She "accidentally" took the vial from an Oscorp testing lab while taking pictures for the Daily Bugle. Quickly opening it's lid, Mary Jane guzzles down the entire contents of the vial. Preoccupied, Black Cat feels her weight shifting. Looking down, she witnesses Mary Jane's ass and bust getting thicker and well defined and she grows several feet in height. Getting up, a huge Mary Jane Watson towers over Balck Cat.
