Sunday in the park

Sarah was early but so was Matilda. Sarah was amused when she arrived at the park cafe that they were meeting at to see a startled looking Matilda. She had on some skinny jeans, a not entirely unfeminine blouse and a brown jacket with shortened sleeves. She wasn't wearing makeup and her hair was boyish but her features were so delicate she couldn't help but look a little girly.

Matilda practically jumped out of he chair and then didn't quite know how to greet Sarah but Sarah took the upper hand and kissed her on the cheek. She invited Sarah to sit and she settled herself into the chair and then rested her chin on her hands looking at Matilda and smiling.

"What is it?" said Matilda self-consciously trying to tucking her hair behind her ear "Do I look okay? You look great, more than great you look fantastic."

Sarah giggled "You are so adorable, I'm already so pleased we are meting up."

This startled but pleased Matilda who suggested they order. As they waited for their drinks Matilda said "I can't quite believe you are actually here. If you don't mind me asking, why did you agree to come out with me?"

"Because you're cute and when I was playing my little game in the shoe shop you looked so excited. It kind of made me feel special, and you had very soft hands" she added with a half smile that made Matilda blush. "I should really ask you the same question. I'm clearly older than you and I don't see many girl couples with a girl like me in them. What made you want to text that number I gave you."

Matilda gave an embarrassed smile "I couldn't take my eyes off you in the shop. I think you were the most exciting woman I've ever seen. I have dated other girls but they were kind of more like me and really, you are much more what I'm attracted to. It's not really cool to support women modifying their bodies like you any more but I can't help but be fascinated by it, excited by it. When you gave me your number I thought it was going to be a cruel trick but I had to take the chance even if just to see you again."

Matilda had become quite passionate for a while but became self conscious again when she met Sarah's eye. Sarah smiled but had a serious tone when she said "You know, whatever happens today, if we get on and want to take this further I can't be a long term girlfriend for you. I'm married and I intend to stay that way."

"I know. you said in your texts. Like I said I'm just happy I got to spend even a little time with you and look at you a bit."

They made small talk for a while when their drinks arrived and Sarah explained some more of her situation. Matilda was just in awe "So he doesn't want to sleep with anyone else and you get to have as much sex as you want with whoever and that's it?" she asked.

"Honestly it's a little more complicated and there is a lot of talking that goes into it but yes. He knows I'm here and while it may **** him a bit, deep down he is pleased I am."

"Wild"

"Do you mind if I ask you some personal questions while we are at it?"

Matilda looked slightly soppy as she said "Sure I'd tell you anything"

Sarah reached out and took her hand which made her jump a little "Are you trans or non binary?"

"No I identify as female, just a lesbian. To be honest I'm so flipping girly I kind of wanted to signal my sexuality a bit, make it a bit clearer that I was into girls."

"How would you chose to look?"

Matilda went bright red "Honestly? Kind of like you."

"Why don't you?"

"I'm not sure it would go down well."

"With your parents?"

"Ha, no. They'd probably be happier. My mum can cope with me being gay bit she went nuts when I cut my hair and threw out my dresses. No I worry what other lesbians would think of me."

Sarah thought about it "You find me attractive don't you?"

"Oh yea" said Matilda getting slightly goofy again.

"So wouldn't it stand to reason that other women would also be attracted to a woman like me?"

"Well yea but there's more to it than that."

"What people think of you?"

"Yea"

"Did you worry about that when you came out?"

"A bit but it was who I was."

Sarah thoughtit seemed sad that a girl who had come out with her identity as a lesbian was then **** to deny who she really wanted to be. "I didn't always look like this. I chose to do it. It has it's down sides but I am loving it. Don't let what you think you should look like dictate how you look, it's antithetical to the spirit of inclusion to exclude people who don't fit other peoples prescribed standards anyway so tell them to stuff off."

Matilda was quiet for a moment then said"You're smarter than you look."

"Book worm in the streets bimbo in the sheets. No wait that doesn't work. Bimbo in the streets and sheets but don't judge a book by it's cover. That'll do. See, not as smart as you think."

"That's funny" Matilda laughed, she had a sweet little girly giggle that totally didn't match her current look "but there is another issue" Matilda blushed and went quiet.

"Go on" urged Sarah.

"Well, I kind of like to be dominant in bed and, well, if I looked like you I might only attract tops."

Sarah could see her point, people did make judgments when you looked like this but "It's a lot of ifs and buts. Look however you want but what I do know is that if I didn't look like me I wouldn't be sat in a cafe with you."

Matilda thought about that for a moment. Sarah felt as though her words had started cogs turning in Matilda. Maybe you are right" Matilda said "If you hadn't looked like you do, I wouldn't have taken the risk."

They decided to settle up and Sarah suggested they take a stroll through the park.

Matilda seemed shocked "Are you sure?"

"Yes, don't you want to?"

"No, I'd love to."

They headed outside and picked a direction that headed into some trees and around a large pond. Matilda didn't know what to do with herself so Sarah linked her arm through hers. She consciously did it in the way she would have with a man and she pulled herself in close to Matilda. Anyone seeing them would be convinced that they were more than just friends. Matilda stiffened up at first but a little way down the path she relaxed and the conversation flowed again.

With most people around the playing areas of the park they found themselves in a fairly secluded area of trees by the water. Sarah decided it was time to take the upper hand in getting Matilda to take the upper hand. She turned to face her and took on a slightly coy demeanour. Not enough to be jarring but enough to signal to Matilda the role she should take "You know earlier when we were talking in the cafe you said you like to be dominant in bed and, well, I'm totally alright with that and if you wanted to kiss me I..."

Matilda had needed no ore encouragement. She had wanted to kiss Sarah from the moment she walked in the cafe and she had been trying to find an opportunity to do so. She was not about to pass up an open invitation. She took hold of Sarah's face and pulled her into a single kiss. It seemed as though she was about to leave it at that but she seemed to find her courage and kissed Sarah again more insistently this time.

Sarah was in heaven. Not only had she got Matilda to take the lead but her sensitive lips were loving Matilda's own soft lips. It was an assertive kiss but not in the same way a man's was. Their lips parted and their tongues touched. It was not the invasion that Jim's or even Tom's was but a slow meeting. She would not have been able to say that she preferred it but it was different and different was always exciting.

Matilda's instincts were kicking in now and Sarah felt Matilda's delicate hands grab her by the hips and pull her close. Sarah's big round breasts pressed against Matilda's petite chest and she reached up a hand to Matilda's neck to hold her face close to her own and tell her that she wanted more. Sure enough those soft hands snaked around behind her and grabbed on to her bum. Soon she was making little noses of pleasure into Matilda's mouth. She loved her sensitive body. A now flushed Sarah said "Yes, very"

"Oh wow, that reaction is so hot" said Matilda her eyes widening in excitement at Sarah's reaction. Still toying with Sarah's nipple she pulled Sarah in for another kiss. The pleasure was making Sarah weak and Matilda was clearly picking up on that and was starting to instinctually fit into the dominant role.

Just then footsteps on the path jarred them out of what they were doing and they broke a part looking shifty. A sweet old couple rounded the corner and walked past them. They both started wide eyed at the two women one looking like a boy and the other like a porn star and moved on whispering excitedly to each other.

Sarah turned to Matilda and burst out laughing. She rummaged in her little hand bag and pulled out a compact and handed it to Matilda. Matilda saw that she had pink shiny lipstick all over her lips. "There is no way they did not realise what we were doing" laughed Sarah. Matilda wiped at her lips with her hand and gave an embarrassed laugh as well.

Sarah held out her hand and Matilda took it as they started to walk back. A few paces later and Matilda let go of her hand and wrapped it around her waist. As they got back towards the cafe Sarah asked "How did you get here?"

"By bus, they are pretty regular past here so..."

"Do you want to come back to mine?" Matilda looked shell shocked again "If you want to take it slow I understand" she added reassuringly.

"Yes, Yes I do" she blurted out **** to not let the situation slip away.

"Come on, I'll introduce you to my husband."

"What?"
