Sugar Diva, The optimistic motivator

You wonder if this one ever even had potential as a warrior. When her magical transformation activates, she gains a fluffy and frilly pink dress rather than any kind of armor. In a fight her most potent weapon is her amplified voice, which would at worst cause some hearing loss from prolonged exposure. Overall she seemed almost helpless on her own. However in a group, she seemed to have some kind of supportive power. Her teammates fought harder and more powerfully whenever she cheered them on.

She's lost a fair amount of that dress now. Half her skirt is gone, a pigtail is cut loose, and the top half of her dress hangs on one shoulder. The missing parts show matching undergarments, her outfit having ruffles all the way down. This one is persistent. She's been there a while, but it seems she hasn't stopped trying to squeeze out of or break the shackles holding her in place. She seems to be trying even harder now that you've arrived.
