Sue returns to the Savage Land in the Fantasticar!

Sue had followed the howls for days. They seemed to be moving north. She could only faintly hear them at first, but as the days grew, the howls reverberated in her head, clouding her mind.

She found herself gliding over the arctic. The mist cleared and the Savage Land beckoned her to land. She pulled her small portion of the vehicle into a clearing. Her mind was all but mush. She knew not why she had returned. Nor did she understand why she was still in her nightgown from days ago. Beneath the thin satin, her body sweat. She had slept little in days. She did not even understand why she had landed where she had. It seemed as though the howling had called her here.

Nightsaber had moved more quickly than ever to get his "mate" from the city and back to the savage land. The full moon would come tonight, and Sue would change. He stalked her like prey, but not out of a normal hunger, but a sexual hunger that burned within him as much as it now burned within Sue.

Nightsaber spent the day capturing a small doe. He tied its hooves and sedated the animal, waiting for nightfall.

From high upon a rock, he watched as the moon rose. Sue, who looked nervously around from her spot in the opening fell to the ground. She clenched her chest, which burned like fire. The robe was too much for her burning skin and she ripped it clear, no longer caring that she was no fully nude. As her hands gripped the dirt, she tore into the ground. Her fingernails began to extend. Sue let out a cry in fear, but it was more of a growl now. She looked in the metallic door of the fantasticar and saw that fangs now protruded from her mouth. Her eyes were wide and yellow. Her blonde hair began to grow. Sue was so scared. She looked up at the object causing her the pain. It was the moon! Sue did the only thing she could think of....”HHHHOOOOOOOWWWWOOOOOOO!!!” She howled out into the night.

It was the only sign Nightsaber needed. He released the small animal, and it darted to the clearing. He smiled as Sue's head perked up. He was sure of her stance as the animal raced across her view. She was going to pounce!
