Study new interrogation drug

Yesterday there was a report flying around the blogisphere about a new interrogation drug that makes the subject tell the feds anything, and I think it just might be the key to getting people in my "power" so to speak.

So I got my hands on some of the research from the drugs effects and I figure out that it is a viable resource to continue my personal pursuit.

I get the recipe and begin preparing it for my study tutoring sessions. but now I have to figure out who to test it out on first:

Tera: the Busty cheerleader?
