What do you do?
Stop time and have a look around the City
You decide to freeze time, and see what's happening in the city right now. You walk around the mostly boring city. People are going about their boring lives. Eventually you find something of interest. A mugger has is in the middle of pulling a gun on a young woman screaming for help. Not only that, but Supergirl has just touched down at the scene of the crime. She's landed on one knee, with a fist on the ground.
