Weiss waited a while before claiming her prize against Ruby. She wanted to let the tension build within Ruby. She also had Nora spread some rumors about Ruby's upcoming event, hoping it would help people know what was coming. Then on a random, completely typical day, Weiss sprung it on her one morning, after Ruby exited the bathroom in a towel. She walked over to her dresser, when Weiss coughed to get her attention.

Weiss held up the sticky note package. They were the type that were smaller, and more narrow then their length. Each was numbered 1-100. Ruby went wide-eyed at the sight, clearly Weiss' waiting had worked.

"It's time Ruby! " Weiss said with a flourish of the sticky notes.

"Today!?" Ruby said, a flush creeping in.

"Did I stutter?" Weiss said, faking an annoyed tone.

"Are you really making me do this?!" Ruby asked. It seems she was still pretending to hate public nudity, even if it was entirely obvious she loved it.

Weiss took up a thoughtful look. Then it turned cruel. "Yes. Now drop your towel."

Ruby stuck her tongue out but obeyed anyway. Blake whistled at the sight, hoping to give the reaper some confidence.

"Here's how this is going to work. Each of these notes is measured 1-100. Yang, Blake, and I will pick a number; which we will write on this card, as well as an action. Anyone who wants one, can buy up to 2 sticky notes for a lien a piece. If they draw one of the numbers that we chose, then they get that a coupon for that action from you."

"How do I know you won't cheat?" Ruby said.

"We aren't allowed to hint or tell anyone what the lucky notes are. If we do, then you can punish us however you like, and we have to do the act with them instead. Also, you get to be the one who places those 4 notes. You also can't hint people away from those spots, you have to close your eyes while they select!" Ruby nodded, happy that she was at least given a fair chance.

"Also! One last thing! We aren't allowed to tell specifics of what the prizes are, but we are allowed to tell people that there ARE prizes. Breaking this rule has the same punishment as the previous rule." Weiss finished her plan, and her team nodded in satisfaction.

"What about our little bet Weiss? The one where you have to join Blake? Don't tell me you forgot..." Ruby asked, causing Weiss to blush with the reminder.

"I-I didn't forget! I decided the best way to pick that note, was actually to do it randomly, once we've placed them. Does that sound fair?" Weiss said timidly. Ruby nodded her consent.

"With that out of the way, it's time for us to begin placing these. We don't have combat class today, so we don't have to worry about you moving around too much. These stick very well, so they shouldn't fall. If they do, than we just replace them."

"Fine. So do I get to keep the money?" Ruby asked in a silly tone.

"Of course. Now stand up, spread your legs and raise your arms a bit." Weiss said.

Weiss and Blake began decorating Ruby in a red sticky note bikini. It covered her chest and crotch, and attempted to cover her naked ass. It did a decent job of covering her in truth. There were slight gaps, but the essentials were covered. Ruby enjoyed the somewhat professional touch Weiss and Blake had while doing it.

Weiss gave her an appreciating gaze that roamed up and down her form. Ruby gave her a twirl, and sure enough, the notes held firm.

"Perfect. Now, let's see what the lucky note is, Ruby!" Weiss pulled out a random number generator on her scroll. It spun for a second, before deciding on 16.

It was honestly a middle ground result for both girls. Number 16 was one of the sticky notes just between her breasts, mimicking a strap connecting cups together. There was a very good chance it would get drawn.

"Now! It's time to fill out your coupons! Don't forget the rules! Don't peek Ruby!" Weiss said, pulling out 3 index cards. Ruby covered her eyes, and the girls began writing.

Weiss decided that Ruby deserved some fun. Her coupon was for "A week of naked under the table service during Grimmoire."

Weiss shared hers with the girls after making sure Ruby's eyes were closed, and they smiled and shared their own.

Yang had offered a "Naked apron maid for a night of your choice."

Blake decided to go less about exhibitionism, and more about getting some. Hers read, "Double blowjob + facial + picture with another RWBY girl of your choice." Weiss' coupon now read: "A week of under the table service from a naked Ruby and a RWBY member of her choice during grimoire." She decided to at least give Ruby the option to avoid giving oral with her half-sister...

Yang's read: "A night of full service naked apron maids from team RWBY!"

Weiss and Blake both looked over shocked and mouthed 'ALL OF US!?!?' and Yang just nodded. Weiss figured she would have to accept that. Weiss put the coupons in her purse, and they would be awarded to anyone whoever got lucky.

"You can open your eyes now, Ruby."

They had left their chosen number sticky notes on the side: Weiss chose 57, Blake chose 93, and Yang chose 26. It was time for Ruby to place those.

"Before you place the lucky sticky notes Ruby, there's something you should know... They don't just involve you..." Blake added, possibly hoping to make Ruby place them in more delicate positions.

"They don't?" Ruby questioned.

"No... They don't. Every one involves at least one other RWBY member. We can't give specifics obviously, but I figured you should know that before you placed. For uhhh reasons..." Blake said, blushing as her horniness was showing.

Ruby appreciated the thought. Originally, she planned to place them away from the action a bit, hoping they wouldn't go fast. Now though, she decided to be a bit more adventurous. They still weren't directly covering delicates, but they were much closer to being naughty. Blake was satisfied with it, but Weiss and Yang were very nervous.

"Oh! That reminds me!" Weiss procured a red marker. On Ruby's stomach she wrote, "1$ per note. Limit 2. Win fabulous prizes!" Then Weiss had her turn around, where she wrote on her back, "Come to the library tonight for a performance with Blake!"

"Weiiiiiss! Did you have to advertise that to everyone..." Blake complained.

"Why wouldn't I? Don't forget I might join you anyway." Weiss countered.

"I feel like a walking billboard. Can I at least wear shoes?" Ruby complained; her team laughed at her struggles.

"Yup! In fact, how about you wear the thigh highs too?" Yang said. Ruby took the additional cover with glee.

It was time for her day to begin!
