Stick to the plan. Meet at the restaurant.

You decide to go to the restaurant and meet Tina there, just like you originally planned. You park and walk to the front door, arriving early. You’re surprised to find Tina walking up to the door from the other direction at the same time.

“I took French in freshman year. I’m no expert, but I’ll know how good I am if I’m eating duck in a few minutes.” You share a knowing smile. Drinks are poured, and you raise a glass. “To fate.”

“To fate,” she says. The glasses clink and ring until you start to sip.

You wonder how you should handle the rest of the dinner. You want to be yourself and just enjoy a conversation, but you are also having lewd thoughts that are tempting you to be sexually aggressive.
