When you entered the agency on Monday morning, you got surprised right away. Like she had told you on the first day, your coworker Stephanie had changed her hair over the weekend from a straight blond cut to a loose ponytail fiery red dyed hair.
"Well, I had a date on Saturday and my date wanted a woman with fiery red hair, so I got it dyed." She explained affirming what she had said one week ago. She wore a deep blue blouse with matching heels and a black pencil skirt. In contrast Nicole didn't changed her appearance much, she just had put on another business-dress, like she did every day.
You sat down on your computer and wanted to start your work, as Stephanie made a proposal.
"I know you are new to this job and can't get everything done perfect right away, but I had an idea how you could get better faster." She held out the bowl of candy towards you and like always you picked one. "Actually it's an old way to learn the basics Nicole taught me when I started, but now it can be used to teach you."
"Ok." You said not knowing what you should think of it.
"Well, basically we do the same as last week. You work on a request and I check it for mistakes and things you could do better." So far it really was the same. "When you did everything right, you can ask me for anything and I'll do it as long as I can. But when you make a mistake, I can get to ask something of you, and you have to do it." She gave you a beautiful smile, like what she wanted was something fun. "Deal?"
