Chapter 3
by FlightoftheBeers
What's next?
Stay with Ms. Illandria
"Sure," I say, albeit a bit apprehensive. Was this really the best choice? After all, couldn't those guys defend me better than a scared teacher. "Ms. Illandria-"
"Call me Teri," she said cutting me off. It seemed that in a crisis, all formalities were gone.
"Teri..." I say, her name sounding weird as it came from my lips, "we shouldn't be in the gym with everyone else. We should try to pair up with some others for safety and get out of here. If we don't, then we might be an easy target for whoever or whatever comes after us." I tried to remain upbeat with my tone to avoid scaring her as she trembled. All she did was nod and then we went over to the group I saw earlier.
We were more acquaintances than we were friends, but anyone that could help in this situation was a welcome ally. The two guys immediately perked up as they saw the two of us come over. I had completely forgotten about the students' crush on Ms. Il- Teri. Not my cup of tea, but it was obvious why they liked her. Her long, brown hair accentuated her curves as it cascaded down her back. Her hazel eyes always seemed sweet and caring, though, it was doubtful that the boys stared anywhere near her face. Her D-cups, well, I assume that's what they were; they were pretty big. Despite being single, she was by all other terminology a MILF.
Philip was the first to speak up, his cheeks red and flustered, "Ms. Illandria, Kelly, hey." His awkward greeting was also matched by his avoidance of eye contact.
"You all can call me Teri. There's no need for such formal addresses in a situation like this," she smiled softly, the fear in her eyes betraying her calm demeanor.
"Listen," I say to them, "we were hoping that we could stick with you guys." The two men readily accepted us while the other girls were generally apathetic. It's not that they were cold to us, but they just seemed to not care. "Good, well, I think we should get out of here. The longer we stay here, the more dangerous it can get and the more likely we are to get caught by those things if we're all bunched up together."
"No way are we going out there! We're perfectly safe in here. Strength in numbers and everything!" Miranda spoke up, her opposition backed up by the rest of the group.
Should we stay or leave?
