Stay quiet and look for an escape route.

Naoto hugged herself tightly, trying to calm herself down. She had to keep a level head if she was to get out of this predicament. Her new nemesis might have outwitted her, but that didn't mean Naoto wasn't incredibly smart. No holding facility was impregnable, and Naoto knew she'd have to escape if she was going to avoid some serious consequences for what was happening.

"Think, Naoto. Think." the detective said to herself. "What's this cell's weak point?"

Looking around, Naoto wasn't sure if there was anything she could exploit. The cell lacked windows, instead being lit by a single fluorescent light, and the only furnishings were a toilet and simple hard bed. The bed didn't even have sheets or a blanket, but just a ratty mattress that didn't exactly look inviting.

Dropping down onto all fours, Naoto saw the only part of the cell that wasn't unyielding concrete or the steel door: a metal ventilation grate. If Naoto could figure out a way to unscrew the grate, she just might be able to squeeze through into the vents. It wouldn't be easy, especially considering the vents weren't designed for people to move through, to make no mention of someone with Naoto's figure.

The idea of getting trapped in the vents was unappealing. However, this left Naoto with only one other way out, and that was through the door. Getting that door open would require getting a guard to open it up for her, which would mean she'd have to give them reason to come in. The blue haired detective involuntarily shivered at the prospect.
