State University

Note: I'm using this name from my story Best Party Ever. This State University is different.

State University is a regional public college that offers a limited number of undergraduate programs. It is located in Green River City. Green River City is a smaller town and the University is the biggest employer. Some of the credits earned at State do not transfer any private school or even to some public colleges (even in your state).
