Start with some fun with Tsunade and Shizune

Naruto backtracked to the Hokage tower after parting ways with everyone, digging out the Sex Note as ideas ran through his head. He always considered Tsunade quite attractive, as was Shizune, though knowing what Tsunade actually looked like could put a damper on things, so he wrote in the Note, "Tsunade Senju's actual appearance will revert to reflect the appearance she fakes with her special Henge. She will not consider this odd, and will simply chalk it up to some feature of her heritage." There, that would not only ensure she actually was attractive without the Henge, but now she could save more chakra into her Yin Seal, which could only come in handy.

Still, there was her personal Anbu detail to be concerned about, they might have objections if Naruto did anything. Sure, he never saw them in the office, but they were shinobi specifically trained for stealth skills to be a part of the Black Ops... And with them wearing masks, he would need to get creative if he wanted their identities to use the Note on to get them to ignore anything sexual he did to their boss or her assistant.

Luckily, Naruto had an idea, and wrote, "Tsunade Senju and Shizune will have the desire to fuck Naruto Uzumaki the next time he comes into Tsunade's office, but will hold themselves back if there are Anbu guards present. If that is the case, Tsunade will discreetly slip Naruto a roster with their names and faces, and wait until Naruto is done writing in the Sex Note, and will not question it when he tells them it is fine to start after he is done.

With that out of the way, he headed up, and knocked on the door. "What is it now!?" an irritated Tsunade demanded. Naruto entered, and both women in the office blinked, before blushing slightly and passing a look to each other. Then Tsunade said, "Oh... Naruto, I guess I forgot to give you... Well, you know what, the top secret thing," she said, clearing her throat. She reached into a drawer, grabbing some blank paper and using a rudimentary Fuinjutsu that copied whatever she was thinking about onto paper, put the names and faces of two Anbu, the ones currently on watch.

She then gave them a discreet signal that what she was about to give Naruto wasn't for their eyes, and trusting that they wouldn't look at what she gave Naruto with that, handed the paper to Naruto, who noted there were two Anbu, some guy named Tenzo, sometimes given the codename Yamato, and a Yugao Uzuki, who was definitely a looker, he'd definitely have to look into using the Note on her at some point, well, other than making her ignore what was about to happen.

He took the Note and wrote, "Tenzo and Yugao Uzuki will not pay any mind to any sexual activities that happen between Tsunade Senju, or anyone else in the Hokage office, and Naruto Uzumaki. They will just consider it natural and keep quiet about it."

"There, we're good," he grinned, and both women smiled at him, and shifted into a more sultry demeanor.
