Star versus the forces of evil…

This show had its ups and downs, but overall it was pretty enjoyable. That said, you didn’t really like how the ending played out mainly due to the fact that it could’ve been avoided if certain steps were taken. I mean really the cleaving of two worlds which differ from each other in both technology and culture suddenly being **** together does not sound like a fairytale ending now does it?

Though the show makes light of some severe issues that exist within these worlds, the fusing of two completely different worlds and the subsequent **** of a major **** of nature would send that would not only these two worlds but every other world that was connected to this **** of nature into complete and total pandemonium as they all struggle and scramble to pick up the pieces.

What makes it all worse is the fact that the soul could’ve been avoided, just like you mentioned earlier, this ending could’ve been avoided, but it wasn’t. A lot of people have a lot of different theories about why this ending happened, but personally, you blame Glossaryck, the little blue troll who was supposed to teach the main protagonist of the show, Star butterfly, how to control her powers to prevent something like this from happening. To which he failed spectacularly, so much so that many people, including you, speculate that glossary wanted to die and simply chose this is the easiest path to do so.

This would not be surprising, considering how that little blue bastard loved to screw with people for even the simplest of things.

Anyway, you're sidetracking now. So with a click of your remote you select the star versus the forces of evil option on the list and are greeted with the sight of a simple selection menu that all DVD box sets have, but with that said you notice something rather odd about this menu as there is a strange option at the very bottom of the screen that says "Character selection." So, out of curiosity, you click on the new menu option and are greeted with a strange street fighter like selection screen that contains all the characters of the show on it.

Immediately you spot three characters that stand out amongst the rest.

1. Moon butterfly: A queen of the butterfly kingdom, who is perhaps the only responsible adult within the entirety of the show. Moon, however, is no longer the current queen of the butterfly kingdom due to an incident involving Meteora butterfly, a half-monster/half Mewnan hybrid who went on a rampage to try and take the throne of the butterfly family. Moon tried to stop meteors rampage but only fell victim to her growing power after she was stopped by Meteora's mother, Eclipsa, from killing the out of control banished royal. Much to Eclipsa’s horrified guilt, anyway following this incident, moon retreated to the realm of magic to heal and subsequently lost her memories. During this time she lost the throne due to the actions of her daughter, star butterfly when she surrendered the throne to Eclipsa out of her own free will and out of guilt for what her family has done to Eclipsa. Following this moon eventually did return to mewni, but ultimately fell into the grasp of the bunch of con artists called the pie folk, who deceived her into believing that she was one of them and abused her magic to create pie’s for them to sell on the market. Of course eventually moon regained her memories and left with her daughter star and returned to her family but did so with an ulterior purpose. The purpose that ultimately led to the events that cleaved earth and Mewni together, as she was one of the main components to creating this event. Much to her own guilt, later on, that said Moon now lives with her idiot husband river in a small kingdom of refugees from the original butterfly Castle. Or well… That’s what speculated anyway.
2. Eclipsa butterfly: Eclipsa is called the Queen of darkness, a moniker that is actually very far from the actual truth of who Eclipsa is. As Eclipsa is not an evil queen or even a mean-spirited one at that, in fact, Eclipsa is very peppy, optimistic, and empathetic to everyone she meets. She only gets the title of being the Queen of darkness due to the propaganda of the magical high commission, the ruling body of all magic within the world of star versus the forces of evil. The reason for this is because Eclipsa ran away from her arranged marriage with a complete bastard called Shastacan to be with a monster who she loved. An when you say monster you don’t actually mean some heartless unforgiving creature, again that’s only propaganda created by Mewnians. That said, you, unfortunately, have no other actual designation to call Eclipsa’s husband, Globgor, by without getting technical. That said, Eclipsa was, of course imprisoned of her running off with Globgor, to which they did the same with him as well, but not before getting rid of her daughter Meteora or well… Eclipsa’s ex-husband got rid of Meteora and **** her into a horrific school that essentially brainwashed her and subjected her to severe psychological and emotional ****. Anyway Eclipsa and her family are doing much better now in the modern age when the series ended, with her being the current queen of Mewni. Though considering the fact Mewni and earth have been forcibly fused together… Her rule will not be easy.
3. Star butterfly: the main protagonist to which the show was named after. Star is a peppy and crazy girl that loves action and adventure. That said, star is not the sharpest tool in the shed and is responsible for the whole cleaving event. That said, she didn’t really have a choice as again she was backed into a corner due to the actions or well… inaction of everybody else around her. However that’s not to say star is not somewhat at fault for what happened as she is brash, emotional, and extremely impulsive. Not only that she’s also highly irresponsible and often doesn’t bother to look before she leaps, much to the pain and suffering of everybody else around her. So yeah… Star has problems.
4. Look elsewhere.
