Staff Meeting

Next on the agenda is the staff meeting. I ask Sherry to gather everyone at lunchtime. We can meet while we eat.

This is my first chance to meet them all in person, so I make my way to the lunchroom a bit early, and I stand outside the door. As the women file in, I try to put on a friendly face, and I introduce myself.

Liz is the oldest woman on staff, and she seems like the friendliest of the group. She greets me with a warm smile and a hug. "I'm so glad you're here," she says, and I think she genuinely means it. I'm entranced by Liz's wide mouth. I can imagine my cock sliding deep into it... but I tear my thoughts away. There will be plenty of time for sex later, right now I have to focus.

Leah and Francine -- the so-called "butt sluts" -- show up together. They are both surprisingly short, 5'2" or so. They have bubbly personalities and, despite their very different looks, I think I'll have trouble differentiating them. I'll have to split them up if I want to get to know them as individuals.

Debbie, the P.E. teacher, is young, buxom and earnest, but serious; while Sarah Upland -- the "other Sarah" -- is thin and lithe. Sarah shakes my hand from a distance, like she doesn't trust me.

Luisa and Brenda also arrive together. They both turn out to be quite tall. Luisa towers over me, and my face is just about at the level of her breasts. She greets me with a formality that I take as disdain. Brenda is definitely a hippy chick, wearing a tie-die shirt and loose, flowing pants. She seems down to earth and has an directness about her that doesn't reveal the submissive side that Sarah told me about.

After everyone has gotten started, I stand up near the end of the table.

"Hello," I start. "I wanted to say a few things here, at our first staff meeting. I want to be direct with you, and I want you to be direct with me. This school is failing. Dr. Edwards has left it in disrepair. As you probably suspect, I have been brought in to fix it."

I hear an intake of breath somewhere. I relax my shoulders, hoping to convey this feeling to the rest of them. "I am not here to fire anybody!" I announce. "I believe that we can turn it around! Of course, the fix requires your cooperation, and, to be blunt, if I don't have it, then you will have to go. But I am confident we can all work together."

"Now I'd like to go through the problems."

"First, Dr. Edwards had an old system for in-school use. We'll be moving to a more modern rotation system. As you know, the theory here is that you must keep your skills up-to-date, so you may pass them along to your students. I will be the main tutor in this area, though I will bring in consultants from time to time. Parallel to this, your classroom pairings will be changed."

A vague groan made its was through the room. "Yes, I know. You are all comfortable helping out in each others' classrooms on your own terms -- but that is not what is best for the students. I will be rolling out a randomized pairing system, so that when you require an assistant in your class, any one of you -- and Sarah, you will now be included -- can be chosen."

"What about Sherry?" someone asked.

"Sherry is not on the teaching staff," I answer, "and she will have other duties."

Luisa said, "That simply won't ..."

I interrupt her. "Luisa, please don't interrupt. We don't have much time. You can bring your concerns to me in my office later."

She seems annoyed by this response, but I continue, "Now, as to the classroom. This school has been giving Free Use diplomas to women who are, frankly, unqualified to be out in the world. This traumatizes them! This is the most important thing we must fix, for their sake."

"I realize that Dr. Edwards prevented various kinds of instruction and change. Under me, curriculum control will be returned to Sarah, where it belongs, and classroom control largely back to each of you. You are experts in your fields, and it's not my place -- nor was it Edwards' -- to meddle in that."

"If you have changes you've been wanting to make, that are consistent with standards, please do so. If you have changes of a more experimental nature, please make your pitch to Sarah. We do have some leeway to make radical change here, and I will back you up with the Agency if Sarah thinks your idea makes sense."
