Chapter 10
by Suckersoprano
Which does he pick?
St. Andrew's Cross
Dago felt like he was close to having a heart attack, so he picked the first thing that he saw, the cross. Leviathan pushed him over to it and started attaching his wrists to the extended arms and bent down to attach his ankles to the bottom. Dago was still dressed, but he was already starting to feel extremely uncomfortable. Leviathan stood back to admire his handiwork. He moved Dago’s chin a certain way to the left.
“Hold that,” he instructed, sternly.
Dago tried to look over at what Leviathan was doing; Leviathan forcibly put his face back. He didn’t say anything, just corrected the mistake. This was odd, Dago decided. He felt like he might be shaking, but it soon subsided after a few hours. He was so confused at what was going on and what to expect that he gave up expecting anything. His shoulders began to hurt a few hours in.
Finally, Leviathan moved back over to the cross and moved all around it, inspecting Dago. Dago felt like he might be shaking again, he couldn’t tell anymore. He wasn’t sure what in the hell Leviathan was looking for, or what he would do. Finally, Leviathan stopped right in front of Dago.
“Good a time as any to practice taxidermy,” he muttered.
Dago’s eyes could only widen as Leviathan punched a hole in his chest, pulling out his heart.
