Chapter 5 by Sexynator2010

What happens next?

Spring Break at the Library

You were anxious to see Lisa during Spring Break, but could not find the time to go over to her house. The two of you did send flirting text messages to one another, telling each how you miss being together. Constantly, you tell yourself how much you love Lisa, despite it is a forbidden love.

On the Tuesday afternoon of Spring Break, you go to the public library. While walking down the aisles, you bump with a slim young woman. The woman accidentally drops the books that she carried in her hands. "Oh, sorry about that." You apologize and assist in cleaning up the mess.

"It's okay." she responds. You hand her the last book that was on the ground. "Thank you." Just by looking at her, you can tell that she works at the library and has a pretty cute face. "I haven't even properly introduced myself. I am Lyla, one of the librarians."

"Nice to meet you. I am John."

"Nice to meet you, John. What brings you to the library today?" she asks.

"Just looking for something to do it is Spring Break after all."

"Well you come to the right place. There are tons of books that will entertain you for a whole week." She respond. "Tell me what kind of books you like to read."

"I prefer reading about topics related to my major."

"So you're a college student, what school do you go to?"

"Oh, I am still a high school senior. I won't be going to college until this upcoming fall semester."

"Oh, that's great." The two of you continue your conversation. You discover that she graduated with an Associate Degree in English from the local community college. Also, she is engaged and will be getting married soon. After knowing one another, she looks at her watch, "Oh look at the time, I have to start setting up the Teen Book Club."

"Teen book club?" You blankly ask. She informs you that is a small organization made out of teenager around the community that enjoy books. Mostly, they talk about a certain book that they are reading and then play board or video games.

"I'm sorry, but I have to go and start setting everything up. It is a hassle for one person to set it up. It was nice talking to you."

What do you do next?
