Spend the Week Naked

"If I lose, I'll make it a week, instead of day." Kirari laughed as Yumemi went slacked jawed.

"President, please!" Sayaka was near pancaking. "I beg you to reconsider. This is ludicrous! You can't do this!"

"That's what makes it so much fun, Sayaka?" She turned to her Secretary. "Pushing the limits, risking it all. This is what I live for." Sayaka continued to protest, but Kirari ignored her and turned back to Yumemi. The rest of council sat in rapt, but awkward and anxious, attention. "So, what do you say?"

She's calling me out, Yumemi thought. She knows I cheated. She knows what I'm up to. She wants to see if I'm committed. If I have the guts to follow through.

She weighed the options in her head. One day naked would be awful, but there were plenty of gravure photo shoots of her out there already. She could survive it. Hell, she might be able to make something out of it. No such thing as bad publicity, as they say. But a week naked? That would destroy Kirari. Totally ruin her reputation.

"You're on." Yumemi grinned. Kirari motioned to Sayaka, who shook her head sadly, tears glistening in the corners of her eyes, and dealt the cards.
