Sophitia

The first warrior he met that wasn't under Soul Edge's influence. He knew she was still hurting from losing her parents and her husband. He had been there for her every step of the way. He began to fall in love with her, but refused to act on the feeling out of respect for her deceased husband. He comforted her during the first few days of their travels as she would always have nightmares of her son and daughter being taken and changed into servants of the evil sword. Those nights he often held her close, those times she slept peacefully.

Link was alerted from his musings as he heard the door to his room open. He looked and saw it was Sophitia, dressed in a simple white sleeping kimono Taki had provided for the group.

"Sorry for disturbing you Link." She said. "I wanted to thank you again for having my back today. Had you not noticed, I would of been killed."

She was referring to today's battle when a Fu-Ma assassin nearly got her from behind, only to have the assassin get an arrow to the spine thanks to Link.

"Any of the others would of did the same, you don't have to thank-" He was silenced by Sophitia putting a finger to his mouth.

"Your wrong Link. You've done more for me than anyone. You were there for me when I was at my lowest when I lost my parents and my late husband. You always comforted me when I felt I fear would win its war with my heart. You always had my back without asking for anything else. You deserve more than a simple 'thank you'." She gently grabbed his hand and moved it into the opening for her kimono, allowing him to grasp her left breast "I want you to make love to me..." she whispered the last part into his ear.

Link's eyes widen at her request. "A-are you sure?"

"I am." Her reply was simple as she undid the sash and allowed her kimono to part, showing Link her bare body. Link couldn't take it anymore and kissed her deeply, his arms moving to slid her clothing off her shoulders, letting it pool to her feet. Sophitia was caught off guard for a second before returning the kiss, her hands slowly moving down to rid him of the kimono he was wearing. After she undid he sash, he stepped back to take a better look of his lover. He noted some old healed scars on her arms and one near her rib cage, no doubt where Taki removed the shards of Soul Edge she was pelted with when she fought the pirate Cervantes during her first journey(Sophitia told him of her first journey during their travels) and only succeeding in shattered one of his swords.

After allowing his robe to drop, he moved to lay Sophitia down on the futon, his hand slowly feeling about her body as his lips met hers again, his tongue probing her mouth.
