Since she was laying on her side it wasn't too bad, but walking would be distracting and sitting normally would be out of the question.

She was laying on a polar bear skin rug in front of a roaring fireplace. She appeared to be in someone's private library. The place was all dark wood and fancy chairs. He reached into the pocket of his robe and did something. Megan looked around nervously as her hood flowed into the neck of the suit, freeing her long, fiery red hair. The ears remained.

"How did you do that?" Megan asked, wide eyed. The man approached her as if he hadn't heard her. He reached out and ran a hand through her hair. Megan got a sinking feeling in her stomach.

"You know, it was your red hair that first caught my eye."

He took Megan's chin and gently tilted her head back, running his thumb over her soft lips.
