Entering the medical chamber you could see that Madison was still working on the chair, alongside the nurse. Doing final preparations and the like, two security guards were also there with a feral ghouls restrained in their arms.

“Alright it seemed to be an easy fix” Madison remarked “we may be ready to test this now”

The ghoul was **** onto the chair, and the electrics were ignited. The skin smoothed over and took an unnatural paleness to it. Pure white hair grew over her skull, and formed into a braided hair. Tits began to balloon outwards and an heart shaped ass became defined.

"Well that was unexpected" Madison admitted, pulling back from the machine.

The woman looked at you with a devilish smirk “why hello there Vault Master. I am your seductive ****, Master”

“What happened?” asked Madison “she seems to be healed, but now thinks she should be Michael‘s ****”

“That wasn’t a mistake” said your nurse.

“I’m sorry?” she asked, shocked.

“We all should be the Vault Master’s slaves” answered the former Ghoul, getting up and approaching Madison “may we Master?”

Smiling you replied “you may”

“Wait what are you doing?” Madison screamed as the security guards grabbed her by her arms and **** her on the seat.

“Goodbye Miss Bitchy” cheered the Nurse, flipping the switch.

Madison’s hair darkened, and her face lost every winkle and grey hair that had been acquired over the last ten years. Her breasts swelled, her waistline narrow and ass blossomed until she was the ideal MILF.

"Now I see naughty Vault Master. I wasn’t here to fix Ghouls, I was here to do your dirty work and fix your enhancer” she teased “any more dirty work I can do?”

You smiled, now that your enhanced worked you could move onto other much more interesting work.
