Someone is up to no good

You start to look through the footage, sped up trying to catch a glimpse of anything strange. You know the reports from the last two nights have placed the incidents at between 11pm and 1am.

At 11:36 on the first night you see a van pull up on the drive. Someone steps out, you can't make out who they are but you're able to read most of the number plate. You make a note of it.

You continue to watch. Another figure then gets out of the passenger side door and moments later Tarquin emerges from the house.

I knew that little scumbag was hiding something you think to yourself. Tarquin hugs the passenger and shakes the hand of the driver.

Tarquin and the 2 people from the van then carry black bags of stuff into the house. What's in those black bags and where are they now?

After a couple of trips each the 2 people get in the van and head off. There seems to be nothing else happen for the rest of the night.

You fast forward the footage to the night before last. Sure enough exactly the same thing happens.

This might not be illegal but why so secretive and so late. You need to find out what is in those bags.
