Someone complained about your appearance

You sat down on the chair across of her. "I heard from your ward nurse you are doing a good job, already doing most of it on your own. I'm quite impressed. Most of the nurses working here took more than one week to get so far."

"Thank you, Dr. Moore." You said proud of yourself for getting such a compliment.

"But despite all that there is one thing I can't overlook." Dr. Moore said sternly. "Someone complained about your appearance. I had overlooked it the past days, but now I can't anymore."

"I'm sorry, but I didn't had a choice." You apologized. "There was no uniform for men, so head nurse Adams told me to wear this one."

"And there lies the problem." Dr. Moore looked you straight into the eyes. "When one of our employees wears an uniform, he or she has to follow the dresscode ... determined by the uniform." You looked a little puzzled at her. "For example: When head nurse Kelly decides to wear the uniform for men, she can do so. We have no problem with people wearing the opposite sexes uniforms. But then she would have to also follow the dresscode for the men-uniform, which would mean she would have to wear flats, no make-up, no jewelry and her hair short or in a low ponytail. On the other hand wearing the women-uniform means you have to follow the dresscode for that one, which means high heels, stockings, nursing cap, no panties visible below the skirt." You could barely follow her. "So far you fulfilled the dresscode, but not the following: wearing a bra or build-in bra in the uniform, earrings, make-up, at least lipstick, and a feminine hairstyle."

"And that means?" You asked not sure what it meant for you.

"That means that you have to wear a bra, earrings, a feminine hairstyle and at least lipstick for make-up whenever you are in that uniform."

"B-but that would mean I have to look totally like a girl." You noted shocked.

"Not totally. There is no rule requiring you to have breasts. Although I think a pair of DD's would suit you."

"But I didn't now! Nobody told me! And if somebody had told me, I wouldn't have done it."

"And I had overlooked it all the time, but now I can't anymore."

"But next week I will get my male-uniform. So do I really have to do it for just today?"

"Sorry to tell you this, but the supplier had called in today and told us they have some problems. So you won't get your new uniform before two weeks from now."

"That can't be true." You were really shocked. "So I have to look for the next two weeks like a girl?"

"If you don't want to fail your internship, yes." Dr. Moore said a little cold. "But for today I can overlook it one more time. So you would have to work looking like a girl until Monday." She put on a friendly face. "It would be just your appearance. You won't really become a girl."
